Duncan Bell received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1983 from Laurentian University. He has over 21 years experience as a Real Estate Broker and 17 years as a Real Estate Appraiser, as well as traditional appraisal assignments (commercial, industrial & multi-family).

 

Duncan also has extensive knowledge of First Nation issues and specializes in First Nation Land Claims and Lease Arbitration.

Lauren Wisniewski received an Honours Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Business Administration.

 

Lauren is an active member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.

 

Lauren has been a valued team member with the company since 2015 and has experience in appraising a variety of property types including acreage property, income properties, rural and urban dwellings along with seasonal cottages.

Thomas Cull received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Law & Justice/Sociology) from Laurentian University in 1993. As a member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board since December, 1994, and the Appraisal Institute of Canada since January, 2000, Tom earned his CRA designation in October, 2009.

 

Tom is a member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association. Over his many years’ experience as a real estate sales representative and as a real estate appraiser, Tom has valued many property types, including vacant land, subdivisions, single family residential and multi-family units as well as commercial and industrial properties.

 

In addition to his professional work, Tom has been a long-time member and past president of the Rotary Club of Sudbury, volunteering for many worthwhile causes throughout the city.

Melissa Fischer received a Bachelor in Business Administration (International Management) from the Université de Moncton in 2008. She has her AACI designation and has been a bilingual member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2015.

 

Melissa has experience with single family residential, acreage properties, multi-family dwellings, small and large commercial properties as well as unique properties.
